Dr. Patricia Dahm is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management and Entrepreneurship at the University of Kansas School of Business. She can be reached at pdahm@ku.edu in Capitol Federal Hall, Room 3165, Lawrence, KS. Her academic career builds on prior professional experience in organizational consulting and finance.

Dr. Dahm’s research focuses on how identity management and social roles influence workplace perceptions, behaviors, career success, and well-being. She explores strategies for individuals to enact authentic work and family roles. Her work has been published in leading journals such as the Academy of Management Journal, Journal of Applied Psychology, Organization Studies, and Industrial Relations.
