Pascale Lehoux is a tenured Professor at the Department of Health Management, Evaluation and Policy within the Université de Montréal School of Public Health. With a PhD in Public Health (1996) and postdoctoral training in Science & Technology Dynamics (Amsterdam, 1997), she leads the In Fieri research program on responsible health innovation design, financing, and commercialization.

Scientific contributions include over 150 publications and a Routledge monograph. Key projects address electronic health records, telemedicine, mobile dialysis units, and AI-driven pandemic response systems. Her work clarifies how business models and investment strategies shape medical technology development.
Current initiatives include the In Fieri program (funded by CIHR 2015-2024), focusing on affordable, equitable health innovations. The program integrates health services research, ethics, engineering, and public policy through a multidisciplinary team spanning five countries.
