Pascale Lehoux is a tenured Professor at the Department of Health Management, Evaluation and Policy within the Université de Montréal School of Public Health. With a PhD in Public Health (1996) and postdoctoral training in Science & Technology Dynamics (Amsterdam, 1997), she leads the In Fieri research program on responsible health innovation design, financing, and commercialization.

Key projects address electronic health records, telemedicine, mobile dialysis units, and AI-driven pandemic response systems. Her work clarifies how business models and investment strategies shape medical technology development.
Current initiatives include the In Fieri program (funded by CIHR 2015-2024), focusing on affordable, equitable health innovations. The program integrates health services research, ethics, engineering, and public policy through a multidisciplinary team spanning five countries.
