Pascal Thériault is a Senior Lecturer and Director of the Farm Management and Technology Program at McGill University's Macdonald Campus. His work focuses on agricultural economics, farm business management, agri-food marketing, and producer mental health.

Research Interests span agricultural economics, entrepreneurship, international trade, food waste, and value chain management. His current project evaluates quality assurance programs' impact on hog producer well-being.
Affiliations include Vice-President of the Ordre des Agronomes du Quebec, roles in multiple OAQ committees, and collaboration with the Swine and Poultry Infectious Diseases Research Centre (CRIPA).
