Prof. Pascal Böni is a Professor of Practice and Associate Professor in Finance at Tilburg University's Tilburg School of Economics and Management (TSEM) and TIAS School for Business and Society. He serves as Managing Director of the Tilburg Institute for Private Debt (TiPD) and CEO of Remaco Group, a Swiss financial advisory firm specializing in corporate finance and private debt. His research focuses on private debt markets, ESG transparency, and corporate finance dynamics. Böni holds a PhD in Finance from Tilburg University, an MBA from the University of Rochester and University of Bern, and advanced degrees in management consultancy and business law.
He has advised over 100 corporate finance and M&A transactions and served on boards of media, energy, IT, and financial services companies. His work contributes to UN Sustainable Development Goals related to economic growth and responsible consumption. Key roles include:
