Paolo Revigliono

Paolo Revigliono is a Full Professor at Politecnico di Torino's Department of Management and Production Engineering, specializing in commercial and corporate law. He serves on the editorial boards of several prominent law journals including Digital Commercial Law (as Director since 2024) and Arbitration Jurisprudence (since 2016). His research examines:

• Corporate governance frameworks and shareholder rights
• Legal structures of limited liability and joint-stock companies
• Insolvency regulations and crisis management
• Banking compliance and financial regulations
• Emerging areas like tokenization in corporate finance

Recent publications (2020-2024) demonstrate growing focus on digital transformation in commercial law, SME governance, and sustainable business models.
