Paolo Oliveri is a Full Professor at the Department of Pharmacy (DIFAR) within the University of Genoa. His work focuses on analytical chemistry, chemometrics, and their applications in pharmaceutical, forensic, and environmental sciences. He teaches courses including Analytical Chemistry (CTF), Forensic Analytical Chemistry, and Instrumentation and Quality Control.
Research Highlights: He applies chemometric methods and spectroscopic techniques (NIR, TD-NMR) to analyze material properties across diverse domains—from pharmaceutical raw materials to archaeological dating. His recent work explores hyperspectral imaging for ecological studies and multivariate analysis of rare-earth element profiles in soil science.
