Pamela Pecchio

Pamela Pecchio is a Professor of the Practice at Tufts University's School of the Museum of Fine Arts and an Assistant Professor of Art at the University of Virginia. Her work explores photography, collage, and conceptual art, focusing on themes like American history, landscape, and the climate crisis.

Her research delves into the interplay between analog and digital photography, treating photographic materials as a medium for deconstructing historical narratives and mythologies. She often rephotographs collages and objects to examine how facts are assembled into history.
