Pamara Liao is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Information Science Technology at the University of Houston. She holds a Ph.D. in Communication from Cornell University (2016), an M.S. in Communication from Cornell University (2014), and a B.A. in Communication and Community Health from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign (2010).
