Paige Gardner

Dr. Paige Gardner is an Assistant Professor in the College of Education at Seattle University, specializing in Student Development Administration. She holds a PhD in Higher Education from Loyola University Chicago and an M.Ed. from Seattle University. Her research focuses on race and gender equity in the workplace, emotional labor at historically White institutions, and scholar-practitioner identity development.

Her work emphasizes social justice, collective leadership, and student-centered practices to foster compassionate learning environments. She encourages graduate students to develop critical thinking and community-building skills to drive systemic change.
