Padraic Ryan

Padraic Ryan serves as an Adjunct Professor at Toronto Metropolitan University's Lincoln Alexander School of Law while concurrently holding a full-time position as counsel at the Ministry of the Attorney General's Constitutional Law Branch for the Government of Ontario. In his government role, he represents Ontario in constitutional litigation across all court levels, specializing in Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms challenges, Ontario Human Rights Code disputes, and division of powers conflicts.

His academic credentials include a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from Carleton University and a Juris Doctor from the University of Toronto Faculty of Law.
