Pablo Sánchez-Ostiz

Pablo Sánchez-Ostiz is a Professor at the University of Navarra, Faculty of Law, Department of Public Law and Legal Institutions. He has dedicated his career to Criminal Law, Legal Philosophy, and Penal Code analysis, with a focus on imputation, normative language, and legal accountability.

He holds a PhD in Law from the University of Navarra (1994) and a Diploma in Philosophical Studies (2000-2002). His research group GRI-3 explores the Theory of Responsibility and Sanction, contributing to debates on monetary thresholds, imputation anomalies, and criminal policy.
