Pablo Esteves Sánchez

Pablo Esteves Sánchez is an Adjunct Professor at IE University’s Business School, teaching undergraduate, graduate, and executive education programs since 2017. He concurrently holds visiting faculty roles at Trinity College Dublin (Trinity Business School) and the Universidad de Valladolid (Spain), focusing on Innovation and Entrepreneurship. He is a Managing Partner at Emzingo, a learning and development design firm, where he leads social innovation initiatives and leadership programs across Brazil, the Netherlands, Peru, South Africa, Spain, Switzerland, and the U.S.

Academically, he holds an MBA from IE Business School (2011) and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Universidad Iberoamericana (Mexico, 2006). His professional experience spans over a decade in educational design, corporate training, and innovation consulting. He also serves on the board of the Elisa Sednaoui Foundation (Italy/Egypt) and the advisory board of Play Africa Children’s Museum in Johannesburg.

He is an Aspen Institute Fellow in Spain, a founding member of the Global Design House, and an IDEO U Impact House Alumni. His work integrates leadership development with global social innovation challenges, emphasizing cross-cultural collaboration and systemic change.
