Oğuz Tengilimoğlu

Dr. Oğuz Tengilimoğlu is a Lecturer in the Civil Engineering Department at Istanbul Technical University. He holds a PhD from the University of Leeds (England), completed in 2024, and has been affiliated with Istanbul Technical University since 2025.
