Oğuz Haşlakoğlu

Oğuz Haşlakoğlu is an Associate Professor in the Department of Architecture at Istanbul Technical University. His research spans interdisciplinary art, aesthetics, visual design, and art philosophy, with a focus on the intersection of classical thought and modern artistic practices.

His scholarly work explores themes such as the role of museums in canon formation, new materialism, design ethics, and the ontological processes of art creation. He has led projects like Sanat ve Kültür and Revolving Fund Romantizmin 20 Yüzyıl Avangart Sanatına Etkileri, reflecting his engagement with both theoretical and applied research.
