Özlem Gumus is a Professor in the Department of Leadership Studies at Louisiana State University-Shreveport's College of Education and Human Development, where she has been affiliated since 2018. She holds a PhD from the University of Ankara, an MA from Ludwig Maximilians University, and completed post-doctoral training at the University of Central Florida.
