Oves Badami

Oves Badami is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering at the Indian Institute of Technology Hyderabad. His research focuses on semiconductor devices, computational nanoelectronics, and TCAD tool development for modeling and simulation of nanoscale transistors.
