Professor Otto Strack is a faculty member in the Department of Civil Engineering at the University of Minnesota. His research focuses on groundwater mechanics, particularly regional modeling of groundwater flow and transport using the Analytic Element Method (AEM). His work addresses challenges in simulating large unbounded domains, oddly shaped boundaries, and multiscale fractures in porous media.
Research interests include:
