Prof. Dr. Osman Kelahmetoğlu is a Turkish academic and clinical expert in Plastic, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic Surgery, currently serving at Istanbul Okan University Hospital since August 2024. Previously, he held positions at Bezmialem Vakif University (2014-2017), Yeditepe University (2020-2022), and Gent University (2015), with international fellowships in the USA, Finland, and Belgium. His career spans clinical practice, research, and teaching, with a focus on microsurgical techniques and wound healing.
