Osiris Jorge Parcero

Dr. Osiris Jorge Parcero is a Professor in the Department of Applied Economics at the University of the Balearic Islands since 2022. He holds a PhD from the University of Bristol (UK) and has held academic positions at several prestigious institutions worldwide.

Dr. Parcero is an active researcher applying diverse methodologies including traditional microeconomics, game theory, applied econometrics, and simulations. His research spans tax competition, industrial economics, development economics, international economics, foreign direct investment, and research and innovation, demonstrating a strong theoretical and empirical approach to economic policy questions.
