Dr. Osa-Godwin Osaghae is a Lecturer in International Business at CBL School of Management, Coventry University. He completed his PhD at Technological University Dublin focused on immigrant enclaves and transnational entrepreneurship.
His research examines patterns of immigrant entrepreneurship, diaspora business networks, and cultural integration challenges. Recent publications analyze housing impacts on enclave formation, pandemic effects on migrant businesses, and policy frameworks for inclusive entrepreneurship.
Osaghae explores how transnational entrepreneurs navigate between host and home economies, with case studies on African diaspora communities in Ireland. His work informs policies supporting immigrant business development and economic integration.
