Oriane Georgeac is an Assistant Professor of Management & Organizations at Boston University's Questrom School of Business, located in the Rafik B. Hariri Building at 595 Commonwealth Avenue, Boston. She holds office 669A and teaches Negotiations in both MBA and undergraduate programs. Dr. Georgeac earned her PhD from London Business School and previously worked at Yale University's School of Management from 2020 to 2023 before joining BU.
Her research examines organizational diversity messaging through two primary streams:

- Public responses to organizational achievements in women's leadership representation
