Orfeas Chasapis-Tassinis

Dr. Orfeas Chasapis-Tassinis is an Affiliated Lecturer and Research Fellow at Gonville and Caius College, University of Cambridge. His research employs queer-feminist and anti-racist methodologies to examine international law, human rights law, and sports law.

Current projects investigate how international law institutionalizes binary gender categories and analyze the racialized dimensions of international sports regulations. His PhD thesis 'The Gender Binary in International Law' received the 2022 SNIS Award and 2023 Prix Senior Maurice Chalumeau.
