Dr. Onur Koçak is a Lecturer at Başkent University's Department of Computer Engineering. Holding a PhD in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Ankara University (2014), he also earned a Master's (2008) and BSc (2005) in Biomedical Engineering from Başkent University. His work bridges biomedical sciences with advanced signal processing and machine learning.
