Ondine A Gage

Dr. Ondine A Gage serves as Associate Professor in the College of Education at California State University, Monterey Bay, where she joined as Assistant Professor in 2015 and was appointed Faculty Associate in 2019. She concurrently teaches linguistics and language acquisition courses while directing writing instruction for Liberal Studies, with a focus on preparing educators for California's multilingual classrooms. Her institutional leadership includes chairing the Academic Senate’s Committee on International Programs and representing CSUMB in the CSU International Programs system.

Her academic credentials feature an MA in Linguistics and a Ph.D. in Education with concentration in Language, Literacy, and Culture studies from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
