Omar Phoenix Khan is a Lecturer in Criminology at the University of Bath, affiliated with the Department of Social & Policy Sciences. His work interrogates the enduring impact of coloniality on contemporary criminological theory and practice, with a focus on judicial decision-making in Brazil.
