Omar El-Gayar

Omar El-Gayar is a Professor of Information Systems at Dakota State University's College of Business and Information Systems. He previously served as Dean of the College of Information Technology at the United Arab Emirates University and as Founding Dean of Graduate Studies and Research at Dakota State University. He holds a Ph.D. from the University of Hawaii, an M.A. from the University of Hawaii, and M.S. and B.S. degrees from Alexandria University.
