Dr. Omar Abou Hamdan is a Senior Lecturer in Leadership and Management at Oxford Brookes Business School, Oxford Brookes University. With a PhD in Management and Leadership from the University of Huddersfield UK, an MBA from the Lebanese American University, and a BSc in Medical Laboratory Sciences from the American University of Beirut, he brings a diverse academic background to his teaching and research.
