Oliver Gassmann

Oliver Gassmann is a Full Professor of Technology Management with a special focus on Innovation Management at the University of St. Gallen (HSG), serving as director of the Institute for Technology Management (ITEM-HSG) and Chairman of the HSG Research Committee. He is a principal instructor for executive MBA programs and teaches across all academic levels from Bachelor to custom corporate seminars.

His research centers on innovation success factors, with primary expertise in:
