Oliver Fischer

Prof. Dr.-Ing. Oliver Fischer is a Professor at the Technische Universität München (TUM), holding the Chair of Concrete Structures within the TUM School of Engineering and Design. His research focuses on advanced materials (e.g., ultra-high-performance concrete, carbon fibers), structural engineering challenges in civil infrastructure, numerical modeling, and disaster-resistant design. He has extensive industry experience in complex construction projects and serves as spokesperson for TUM's Laboratory for Structural Engineering and Materials Testing Institute.
