Oliver D. William is an Assistant Professor of Private Law with a focus on the Law of Obligations at the University of Lucerne since 2023. He holds a doctorate from the University of Zurich and is working on his habilitation at the University of Bern, examining how legal systems integrate extra-legal norms such as commercial customs and business practices.
