Prof. Olga Renner is a Professor in Nutritional Sciences at the Niederrhein University of Applied Sciences. Her academic journey includes a PhD from the University of Hohenheim (2010) with research on bile acid transporters and genetic polymorphisms. She held a Postdoc position at the University of Hohenheim (2020-2023), focusing on cancer therapy using biomolecules. Her research integrates molecular mechanisms of nutrient-drug interactions with innovative educational approaches.
