Olga Dębicka is a Lecturer at the University of Gdańsk's Faculty of Economics, specializing in digital business transformation within the Department of Maritime Transport and Trade. She researches e-commerce strategies, consumer behavior in digital markets, and technology-enhanced education, with recent focus on pandemic-era ICT adoption in higher education.
Her interdisciplinary work connects three domains: 1) socio-technical analysis of e-commerce innovations (consumer decision-making, cloud solutions), 2) sustainable business practices in transport/tourism, and 3) pedagogical applications of digital tools. Recent publications examine generational differences in Polish e-commerce (2018), cloud-based SaaS models (2016), and pandemic teaching adaptations (2023).
As project contributor, she co-developed the InCompEdu initiative (2023) for digital teaching competencies and analyzed EU cross-border e-commerce frameworks. She conducts tutorials on monetizing online presence and integrating Cialdini's influence principles in digital business contexts.
