Olga Abramova

Olga Abramova is a Senior Lecturer at the School of Psychology, Faculty of Social Sciences at the National Research University Higher School of Economics (HSE University) in Moscow. She has been with HSE University since 2018 and teaches across multiple faculties including the Faculty of Computer Sciences and HSE Business School.

Dr. Abramova holds a Candidate of Sciences degree (equivalent to PhD) from HSE University (2022), a Master's degree in Applied Social Psychology from HSE University (2017), and additional education from ESSEC Business School in Paris and the Collège Universitaire Français de MGU Lomonosov.

Her research focuses on innovation leadership, organizational innovation, and the intersection of psychology with artificial intelligence. She investigates how horizontal management systems affect employee engagement and motivation in IT companies, develops cognitive models for AI, and explores emotional intelligence applications for AI products. Her work bridges traditional psychological research with cutting-edge technological applications.

Dr. Abramova's publications reveal a consistent focus on organizational behavior, innovation management, and the psychological aspects of technology adoption, with recent work increasingly concentrating on AI-human interaction.
