Ole B. Jensen is Professor of Urban Theory and Urban Design at Aalborg University, where he co-directs the Centre for Mobilities and Urban Studies (C-MUS). His interdisciplinary research examines cities as infrastructural landscapes through the 'mobilities turn' framework.
Current work investigates socio-technical dimensions of urban mobility, emphasizing multi-sensory experiences, affective atmospheres, and human-technology interactions. His Dark Design project specifically analyzes hostile architecture targeting homeless populations in urban spaces.
