Ofir Gefen

Ofir Gefen is a Visiting Assistant Professor in the Department of Accounting at the National University of Singapore (NUS) Business School. He previously worked at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University's School of Accounting and Finance and as a management consultant at Oliver Wyman in Singapore. His research focuses on empirical corporate finance, financial accounting, and entrepreneurship, emphasizing field experiments and randomized controlled trials as primary methodologies.

Dr. Gefen holds a PhD from NUS (2022), an LL.M. and LL.B. from Reichman University (Israel), and completed a legal clerkship at HFN law firm in Israel. His teaching interests include 'Accounting for Decision Makers.'
