Dr. Oana Rasoga is a Scientific Researcher at the National Institute of Materials Physics, specializing in nanomaterials and optical processes. Her research focuses on thin film deposition techniques including vacuum evaporation, spin-coating, and Langmuir-Blodgett methods for photonic applications. She holds a Ph.D. in Physics from the University of Bucharest, where she studied optical properties of organic materials.
Her research interests include nanostructured materials, photonic crystals fabrication, optical sensors, and hybrid solar cells. Recent projects involve ultra-sensitive pesticide detection systems and elastomeric metasurfaces for spectroscopic sensors.
