ONG Siow Heng

ONG Siow Heng is a Full-time Professor of Communication Management (Education) at the Lee Kong Chian School of Business, Singapore Management University (SMU). He concurrently serves as Dean of International Affairs (2018–present) and previously held roles such as Dean of Students (2011–2018) and Director of the Centre for Scholars' Development (2006–present). His research focuses on intercultural communication, public campaigns, and cross-cultural management.

His work explores cultural nuances in education, organizational behavior, and crisis communication.
