Nuria Gonzalez-Prelcic

Professor Nuria Gonzalez-Prelcic holds a position at the University of California San Diego's Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering. Her research focuses on signal processing advancements for wireless communications, including integrated sensing and communications, millimeter wave MIMO systems, full-duplex architectures, and localization in satellite-denied environments. She has pioneered sensor-aided communications and AI-driven solutions for next-generation networks.

• Ph.D. in Telecommunication Engineering, University of Vigo, Spain

Research Highlights: Contributions to hybrid MIMO architectures using machine learning, compressive sensing for channel estimation, and vehicular communication systems. Current work explores terahertz frequencies and upper midbands for enhanced data rates and sensing accuracy.
