Novikov Dmitry Pavlovich

Dmitry Pavlovich Novikov is an Associate Professor and Deputy Head of the Department of International Relations at the National Research University Higher School of Economics (HSE). He also heads the Scientific Laboratory of Political Geography and Modern Geopolitics and directs the professional retraining program 'International Cooperation in the Context of Global Reassembly.' His academic journey includes a Candidate of Political Science degree (2018) and a history degree from Lomonosov Moscow State University (2013).

Novikov's research focuses on Russian-American relations, US foreign policy, Eurasian geopolitics, and international security dynamics. His work critically examines the evolution of multilateral institutions like the SCO and BRICS, regional integration in the Asia-Pacific, and the impact of geopolitical shifts on global governance.
