Norbert Bachleitner is an Associate Professor for Comparative Literature at the University of Vienna, where he currently serves as Director of the Department of European and Comparative Languages and Literatures. He has held significant leadership positions including Chair of Comparative Literature (2011) and Director of the Department of Comparative Literature (2005-2012).
His research interests encompass diverse areas of literary scholarship:
