Nora von Marschall is a Lecturer at the University of Music Würzburg in the School of Orchestral Studies, specializing in Harp Department education and performance. She is a distinguished harpist at the National Theater Mannheim, blending practical performance with academic teaching.
Her academic journey includes studies under Prof. Gisele Herbet at the University of Music Würzburg (2010), masterclasses with Marie Pierre Langlamet at the Universität der Künste Berlin (2013), and returning to Würzburg to join Prof. Andreas Mildner’s master class. She has also participated in masterclasses with Godelieve Schrama, Xavier de Maistre, Alice Giles, Fabrice Pierre, and Frédérique Cambreling.
Professional highlights include orchestral engagements with the WDR Symphony Orchestra (2014–2017), Düsseldorf Symphony, Beethoven Orchestra Bonn, and guest appearances with the Berlin Philharmonic. She has collaborated with conductors like Krill Petrenko, Mario Venzago, and Sir Colin Davis across European concert halls.
