Prof. Nora Szech was the Chair of Political Economy at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (since 2013). Previously, she held positions at the University of Bamberg (2012-2013) and University of Bonn (postdoc 2010-2012). She earned her PhD in Economics (Dr. rer. pol.) from the University of Bonn in 2010 under Benny Moldovanu. Her work focuses on behavioral economics, auction theory, and moral behavior in markets, with notable contributions to understanding ethical consumption, information design, and strategic market interactions.
