She teaches courses such as MSN-1002 (Air Pollution and Nuisances), MSN-2002 (Waste Management and Contaminated Soils), and MSN-6018 (Industrial Toxicology).
Her research focuses on environmental and occupational health risks, including exposure to contaminants like PFAS, pesticides, and heavy metals. She leads projects on climate change adaptation for agricultural workers, urban garden contamination, and biological monitoring strategies. She collaborates with institutions like the Réseau AIRS (air and respiratory/sonic research) and the Centre de recherche en santé publique (CReSP).
Noisel has secured funding from agencies like FRQNT, FRQS, and MITACS for projects spanning 2019–2027. She advises graduate students on environmental and occupational health topics, including a recent master’s thesis on Lebanon’s population biomonitoring. Her work emphasizes interdisciplinary approaches to public health challenges, integrating epidemiology, toxicology, and risk assessment.
She actively recruits master’s students for research on climate change adaptation strategies for Quebec’s agricultural sector. Her teaching and research align with broader institutional goals in environmental sustainability and public health policy.
