Noel Cazenave is a Professor of Sociology and Urban and Community Studies at the University of Connecticut's College of Liberal Arts and Sciences. He has received multiple awards, including the 2020 Faculty Excellence in Research Award and book prizes for Welfare Racism and Impossible Democracy.
