Noëlle Rouxel-Cubberly is a Professor of French at Bennington College, specializing in teaching French language through cinema, literature, and cultural studies. She previously served as an Assistant Professor at the College of Staten Island (CUNY) and holds a PhD from CUNY’s Graduate Center. Her research focuses on translation, virtual reality as a tool for social justice in language education, and film pedagogy.
