Niya Ivanova Radeva

Assoc. Prof. PhD Niya Ivanova Radeva serves as an Associate Professor in the Department of Modern Bulgarian Language at the Faculty of Modern Languages, St. Cyril and St. Methodius University of Veliko Turnovo. She maintains an active research profile with recent publications from 2024 and has participated in significant research projects related to Bulgarian language education.

Dr. Radeva's research interests span multiple dimensions of Bulgarian linguistics, with particular focus on historical linguistics, Bulgarian onomastics (study of names), Bulgarian grammar, and language pedagogy for foreign learners. Her work examines linguistic phenomena from both contemporary and historical perspectives, analyzing texts from the Bulgarian National Revival period through modern usage.
