Nitin Agrawal is a postdoctoral researcher and entrepreneur with a Ph.D. in Biochemistry from Åbo Akademi University. He works with the Fin-HIT genetics research group at Folkhälsan Research Center, focusing on obesity and diabetes in Finnish adolescents through saliva bacteria analysis. As co-founder of ExtraVerd Oy, he leads environmental projects like methane reduction and food waste upcycling into fresh food solutions (Nutrinity).
