Nisheeth Vishnoi is the A. Bartlett Giamatti Professor of Computer Science at Yale University. His work bridges theoretical computer science, optimization, and AI ethics, with a focus on algorithmic fairness, computational social science, and the philosophical implications of artificial intelligence.
He is co-PI of the NSF-funded Institute for Learning-enabled Optimization at Scale and co-founder of Yale's Computation and Society Initiative. His affiliations include the Cowles Foundation for Research in Economics, the Institution for Social and Policy Studies, and the Thurman Arnold Project at Yale School of Management.
