Dr. Ning Wang is an Associate Professor in Robotics and AI at Sheffield Hallam University's Department of Computing. She holds a PhD in Electronics Engineering from The Chinese University of Hong Kong (2011). Her research focuses on human-machine interaction (HMI), embodied AI, and healthcare robotics applications. She has led projects funded by EU FP7, ASTUTE 2020, and the Royal Society. Key achievements include advancements in robotic grasping, teleoperation systems, and autonomous driving algorithms. Awards include Best Paper at ICAC’24 and DISA’23.
