Dr. Nina Kupper is an Associate Professor of Medical and Clinical Psychology at Tilburg University, Netherlands, within the Tilburg School of Social and Behavioral Sciences. Her research focuses on explanatory mechanisms in behavioral cardiology, particularly investigating psychological risk factors and biobehavioral mechanisms in cardiovascular disease. She leads studies such as THORESCI and PSYCHE, examining outcomes post-percutaneous coronary intervention.
Education: PhD in Psychology from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (2005), focusing on behavioral genetics of cardiovascular functioning. Previously worked at Georgia Prevention Institute, USA.
